This is a pretty simple establishment.  You come here for one thing: sangria.  The sangria is nothing spectacular, but Las Cuevas has a fantastic atmosphere for a calm night out or a date.  It's small and cozy, and on weekends they often have someone playing the piano.  If you like your quirky, artsy bars, then you'll like Las Cuevas
