This restaurant has some of the best tapas I have had in Madrid. It is part of a regional chain - so look for locations closer to your home as well. The food is always good, the service is quick, and a pitcher of sangria is great for groups of 3 or 4 people. There are no reservations and this restaurant is generally packed which is further proof of it's deliciousness. I recommend avoiding the dinner rush on friday's and saturdays and weekdays and it is still generally full of life. The croquetas and fresh salads are some my favorite dishes and the very chic modern feel of the place can be a welcome change from some of the more traditional restaurants.
